Spekt IDE will be a great alternative for Flex Builder which also combine the features like drag-n-drop code control into the code. Other stuff like Flashdevelop is great but the propouse of Spekt aims to be better. The price is very cheap $29.00. Althought , I believe that if the creator(Eric Suen) could open-source the program and get people helps.
