Who’s who?
A good question on who already got your certification.
The Flex Team announced today the exam to all flex community, for those who want to be knowed and saw it by the community as a certified developer.
The importance of certification has lot of benefits, don’t know outside Brazil, but here who wants to get more coolest jobs, needs to have a certification principaly from services contracted by brazilian goverment they always included as required. And people here really cares about who has or who doesn’t have a certification.
The Certification exam works like ColdFusion exam in my view it’s very instresting getting more than 80% you will qualified as Expert Developer getting lower just get a Certified Developer.

Do you have more information about the Certified Developer? What is the minimum percentage you have to reach? it did not find anything about that neither in the PDF nor at adobe.com

I don’t have much experience with Flex. Is it require to have a good experience with it before attempting a test.
Could you suggest me some good book for Flex 3.0 certification.
